So I wanted to post a few of the funny things that Isaac has said lately.
Recently he asked Heather if "You want a piece of me?!" I guess he got it off the TV somewhere.
In Primary, which this is his first year, his very first Sunday, he learned about Satan. So for the next week he asked question after question about Satan. Does he have teeth? Is Satan mad right now? Does Satan get hair cuts?
A couple days ago he was on the potty going "stinkies" and he did a little fart on the toilet. He looks up at Heather and says, "I made wind!"
He is hilarious! He keeps us going and is our precious angel!
I tried playing basketball at church yesterday morning. I say try, because I am no longer as athletic as I was in high school. I have not execerised for months and so today I am quite sore.
My company laid off 27 employees last week. I was sweating bullets for a day and the worry still lingers at work. We still made a few million in December and are still the most profitable trucking company in the country, but I assume they laid off people to be proactice to the economy. Other than that, work is going well.
I still have 3-4 feet of snow on my lawn. I doubt it will melt before March. We had almost a month straight of below freezing weather. Our lone break in sub-zero weather was when we went to Colorado for Christmas.
All is well with us. We just plug along.
We are looking into adoption again, so if anyone hears of anyone that is not ready to be a mommy, let them know about us.
